Maria Barrett

Maria Barrett has published 12 novels, translated into 15 languages, and sold all over the world, including the States. Her books have been on the Sunday Times Best Seller list and have regularly been on the WH Smith Good Summer Reads. Maria has run writing courses abroad and has lectured at Bath Spa University and Brunel in creative writing.

Maria writes thrillers under her own name and has just started a new romance series written under the pen name, EVIE HILL.

Maria's books are known for their pace and suspense and she writes strong narratives, with characters who are ordinary people like us, but who are faced with extraordinary circumstances.
