Brian D. Taylor

Brian Taylor is Professor of Political Science and Director of the Moynihan Institute of Global Affairs, Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University. He is a specialist on Russian politics. He received his BA from the University of Iowa, an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
