It took not only the author's guts, but it also took my ample gut and my wife's gut and reduced them by 5 inches and 3 inches. I am now a new man and she's a new woman. This diet not only works, it turns dieting into romantic fun. We both give it 5 stars ***** and we plan to stay on this "F**king Diet forever.
