Jayne Lind

Jayne Lind is a clinical psychologist as well as an author.

The first two books she published were non-fiction. Then she began writing fiction and decided it was a lot more fun!

She has three novels to her credit: The President's Wife Is On Prozac, the story of a fictional first lady and her husband. The idea for this book began when Dr. Lind wondered how the wife of a president of the United States could receive help if she had a problem such as depression. With today's intrusive press, could this be kept secret?

In The Days Of Noah is a story set in London in the year 2028. A giant asteroid (which actually exists) is headed toward the earth. The lives of six people are followed after the news is announced and asks the question, what would you do if there was only one year on earth as we know it? Would you change your lifestyle?

The Vicar And The Village tells the story of Annie O'Donnell, the new vicar in a small village where the parishioners are set in their ways and don't welcome change of any kind. A romance drives the plot as well as a young girl who comes to live with her and complicates her life even further.

Are You Running On Empty was first published in England under the title Powerdigm. It is a psychological/Christian book which endeavors to explain why we do what we do.
