Maureen Green

The daughter of a District Commander of Police and wife of a Police Sergeant who acted as Police Prosecutor, Maureen Green has been privy to 'low life' actions from which the general public is shielded. 'Tangled Web,' although fiction, includes some of the intrigue and brutality found in the activity of those who dwell in the shadow zone of the underworld.

A former teacher, Maureen Green writes across genre. Her sixteen published works include, picture books, Children's Annuals, Children's stories, short stories, young adult novella's and adult Crime/ Thriller Chillers. .'

'Four Dragon,' a children's story won an international multimedia award.

A frequent traveller, she has visited numerous countries in the Pacific Basin, and travelled thoughout Asia and Europe.

A former New Zealand and provincial representative, she enjoys all forms of sport.

Passionate about providing opportunity for author's to interact with the public, she fronts a group that provides a platform from which authors may share their works with their community. Always ready to try something new, a 'How To.' work entitled ' Every LIfe's a Story, Why and How to Write Your Memoirs has just been published .Two others works, Manix, Squirm Worm,' an illustrated work for children, and 'Guernsey Boy at War,' a true story about a sixyear old evacuee, will be available in June.
