Keith W. Slater

I am a linguist working in China, and am also a faculty member in the University of North Dakota's MA program in linguistics.

My research interests include Mongolic languages, language contact, historical change, and the writing of descriptive grammars.

I am also one of the editors of the satirical linguistics journal Speculative Grammarian, which brings a bit of levity to the field of linguistics.
