Robert Strom

Author/Playwright Robert Strom lives in California. His books are Miss Peggy Lee: A Career Chronicle (McFarland 2005), Lady of Burlesque: The Career of Gypsy Rose Lee (McFarland 2010) and Virginia O'Brien: MGM's Deadpan Diva (BearManor Media 2017). His fourth, to be published by BearManor Media is Moose Malloy, My Sweet – The Authorized Biography of Mike Mazurki. Wrestler/Actor Mazurki was in over 80 films including Some Like It Hot, Night and the City, Dick Tracy (1945 and 1990), Blood Alley and Dark City. The book's title refers to his best loved character Moose Malloy in the film noir classic Murder, My Sweet.
