Pastor, Executive Pastor, Senior Pastor, Vice President of Operations, and Church Consultant are all titles I have held over the span of my career. They represent my passion: to seek out and put into practice theologically sound management models that bring out the best in church life and development. I believe management carries the greatest responsibility for creating work environments that draw out the good gifts of team members (staff) and deploys those gifts for high strategic value -- all in an environment of joy and spiritual growth.
