Ann Rogers

Ann Rogers is a 4th generation settler on Stz'uminus territory on Vancouver Island. In addition to her collaboration with Taiaiake Alfred, she is the co-author (with John Hill) of Unmanned: drone warfare and global security, author of Secrecy and Power in the British State, and was the deputy editor of Jane's Intelligence Review from 2001 to 2005.
