Deborah Schupack is a journalist, novelist and editor who has written extensively about the intersection of science and medicine. She is the author, most recently, of RELENTLESS: How a Leading New York City Health System Mobilized to Battle the Greatest Health Crisis of Our Era, a behind-the-scenes look at the Mount Sinai Health System’s remarkable response to the COVID-19 pandemic. A graduate of Dartmouth College and NYU's Creative Writing program, Deborah has also written two novels: SYLVAN STREET (Plume / Penguin) and THE BOY ON THE BUS (Free Press / Simon & Schuster). She lives in New York's Hudson Valley.
