Previously, John spent 26 years as a financial advisor unlocking the wealth-building secrets of successful entrepreneurial families. This included eight years as CEO of Reinhardt Werba Bowen Advisory Services, where he helped manage $1.6 billion in assets. He later served as CEO of Assante Capital Management and helped the firm triple assets under administration to more than $25 billion.

John is a widely recognized leader in the financial services industry. He writes a highly acclaimed monthly column for Financial Planning and a weekly column for entrepreneurs for the Huffington Post. He has also authored or co-authored six books, including most recently The Wealth Management Edge and Breaking Through: Building a World-Class Wealth Management Business.
