I’m so glad you visited my author page today! I’ve made it my mission to defy OCD. I’m the founder of Boss it BackŪ Productions. It’s my hope that either through my youtube channel, blog or other publications that I can have a greater impact than what I can possibly accomplish in only so many hours in my private practice.

Helping the OCD community has been my mission for over 10 years. I'm known for my humor and concise jargon-free approach. My “can do” attitude is invigorating. I’m an unorthodox independent thinker with a growth mindset. There’s no such thing as a failure. Everything that happens is a learning opportunity.

I’m able to look at the same old problem with a fresh perspective. I value creativity and use cutting-edge thinking to help confront OCD. My quest for variety and new experiences means I am constantly applying newly researched strategies.

I’m an expert in the treatment of OCD and am highly skilled at what I do. At my highest value, I teach a clever mental Kung Fu approach. When outsmarting OCD it's important to be paradoxical to the point of silliness. You can count on me to be informative with artistic, inventive neverending ideas. You'll discover I think outside of the box when you encounter any of my publications. It's what makes me different from most other publications about OCD!
