Helen Wingo

Helen Wingo wrote her first story when she was in the fifth grade. Her teacher suggested she needed "a little more experience in living" before she started her next. After graduating from nursing school in Phoenix, Arizona Helen moved to California, worked in various nursing units in a hospital, married and became a mother. She decided she now had "a little experience" and started writing again. She enjoys writing career books for young adults and hopes you will enjoy reading them.
