Lora Freeman Williams is a writer and life/business coach to women entrepreneurs and writers. She lives in Boulder, Colorado with her husband and son.
Lora's writing and work with others come from a background rich in challenges and personal and professional growth. Her life's work has emerged organically from her successes in overcoming trauma, as well as building a business that serves others and satisfies her intrinsic love of writing, teaching and assisting others in reaching their full creative and business potential.
Her book, "The Wilderness of Motherhood: A memoir of hope and healing," was inspired by the birth of her son, Isaac. Lora grew up in a single-parent household with a schizophrenic mother. She'd worked for decades to heal her wounds and develop a healthy lifestyle, and her son's birth put a lid on the pressure cooker of growth and turned up the heat: she not only had to face her unhealed wounds but simultaneously needed to learn - fast! - how to pass on a healed legacy to her son.
