David Michael Hertz

I write to find out about things. Usually, my curiosity leads me to some aspect or figure or issue that stems from my fascination with the arts. So far I have written about modern poetry, music (popular,"classical," avant-garde), and architecture. At Indiana University, where I am based in Comparative Literature, I teach courses on many of these areas as well. Stay tuned to see what happens next.
