Julian Morgan is a member of the O Tempora! crossword setting team for The Times newspaper and puzzle master for the ARGO magazine. He served as a teacher of Classics for many years in the UK and in Germany before stepping down from the classroom and returning to live in his native Yorkshire.
Julian has written a wide range of software titles, puzzle books and sonnets in the last 35 years, publishing many of these through J-PROGS, his publishing business found at www.j-progs.com. His Imperium Latin course is used widely and can be downloaded free of charge by following the links from www.imperiumlatin.com.
Julian finds great pleasure in writing puzzles and following themes during the setting process. Taken in combination with this, his great satisfaction in reading the books of Charles Dickens has led to the development of his latest themed book.
Julian's books fall into different categories: books about the ancient world, books about Yorkshire and books about authors such as Charles Dickens and James Herriot. He can often be found walking his dog in the Great Wold Valley of North Yorkshire, where he lives.
