Pramod Shankar is a fish-loving career nomad who writes poetry that refuses to rhyme. Pramod has been writing poetry from his teen years, the quality of which almost got him banned him from entering his 6th grade English classroom. His first book of poetry, From the Terrace, was published by Writers Workshop, Calcutta, in 2000. Pramod organizes frequent poetry meets called Poetry with Zac, which are presided over by his Cocker Spaniel. He lives in Bangalore, and runs a creative consulting company called The Story Loft.
