Stephen F. Grinstead

In 1981 Dr. Stephen Grinstead began his Recovery and Spiritual Journey that was tested after a construction accident left him with his own chronic pain condition. That injury in 1982 changed his entire life and that adversity became a wonderful opportunity. Dr. Grinstead discovered that he wanted so much more than being a chronic pain survivor. When he accepted what happened, it allowed him to become a proactive participant in his vocational rehabilitation process and new opportunities began to present themselves. This resorted to continuing his education and retraining for a new career. He has been helping others suffering with chronic pain and coexisting disorders, including addiction since 1984.
