Ann Hagmann

Eighteen years as a hospice chaplain has convinced the Rev. Dr. Ann Hagmann of God’s love for all of us. Her hospice work has been balanced by a rich relationship in local ministries, teaching, and retreats. Ann’s work experience includes over fourteen years in management with AT&T and Southwestern Bell before an adult call to ministry. Ann received a Master of Divinity from Perkins School of Theology, as well as a Doctor of Ministry.

After pastoring United Methodist churches in Oklahoma for ten years, Ann moved to the Austin, Texas area where she has served as a hospice chaplain for Hospice Austin. Ann loves the outdoors, gardening, animals, and needlepoint. She is the author of two other books - Climbing the Sycamore Tree and Abiding Hope.
