Archie Wayne Bennett

Wayne Bennett was born in Rocky Mount, VA. Earned BSEE and MSEE degrees from Virginia Tech and PhD from University of Florida. Worked for GE and taught at Virginia Tech before becoming ECE department head at Clemson University. He was Associate Dean of Engineering and Dean of the Graduate School at Clemson prior to becoming Dean of Engineering at Mississippi State University. He returned to Clemson to conduct corporate development for the International Center for Automotive Research. He is author of Introduction to Computer Simulation, co-author of Effective Technical Communications and chapter contributor to Systems Modeling and Computer Simulation.
