Kenneth Keulman

Kenneth Keulman is Provost Distinguished Professor at Loyola University. He is the author of The Balance of Consciousness: Eric Voegelin's Political Theory; editor of Critical Moments in Religious History; coauthor of Horizons of Value Conceptions: Axiological Discourses for the 21st Century; and of European Identity. He has contributed essays in edited volumes on nuclear weapons policy, security and defense policy, violence and coexistence, and civic education. He has contributed articles to Europe Since 1945: An Encyclopedia, and to An Encyclopedia of the Developing World. He has published in journals such as the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, Harvard International Review, Harvard Law and Medicine Bulletin, French Politics and Society, and the Journal of Church and State. He was also review editor of Human Rights Review.

He has had research appointments at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs and the Center for European Studies at Harvard; the Center of international Studies, Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, Princeton; and at Stanford Law School and Harvard Law School.
