Scott Williams is a best-selling author, dynamic keynote speaker, strategist, and Chief Executive Officer of Nxt Level Solutions Consulting Agency. As an international consultant, Scott and his team work with some of the world’s most influential leaders, churches, nonprofits, universities, and Fortune 500 companies. Before founding Nxt Level Solutions, Scott served as a key leader and Campus Pastor at LifeChurch.

Throughout his career, Scott has held diverse leadership roles, including lobbyist, political consultant, college professor, and executive positions in the C-suite. His expertise has earned him recognition in national publications and "Best Of" lists for leadership, employee engagement, branding, marketing, social media, and diversity.
