JP Forget is not only an accomplished trainer and showman, he has proven his skills internationally and is an award winning professional instructor and coach as well as a leader in the development of the sport of reining on the international level. Following are some highlights:

* Coached rider to Reserve Champion, North American Adequan Affiliates Championship Limited Non-Pro, 2013.

* Coached numerous riders to Youth, Rookie, Limited Non-Pro and Non-Pro championships in Reining Alberta show circuit.

* Coached several riders to numerous Non-Pro Derby Championships and Reserve Championship wins in Western Canada.

* Trained and coached rider to Big Sky Classic Derby Non-Pro Championship.

* Coached rider to FEI North American Young Riders Individual Gold Medal, 2013.

* Finished 4th at North American Adequan Affiliates Championship Novice Horse Open.

* Top Three at the World Championship Show in Senior Reining.

* Co-Reserve Champion at the 2008 NRHA Futurity And World Championship Show in Ltd Open Ancillary.

* Top Ten Ariat Reining Classic, Tulsa, OK.

* Reining Canada Year End Open Champion.

* Member of the 2003 Canadian Equestrian Team Reining.

* Equine Canada Certified High Performance Reining Coach, Comp Coach and Mentor.

* Chair of International Equestrian Federation - FEI Reining Committee's Education and Coaching Sub-Committee.

* Past-President of Reining Canada.

* Past-Chair of Equine Canada High Performance Reining Coaching Committee.

* Served on the NRHA Board of Directors.

* Taught equine college courses at Olds College from 1988 to 1996. JP Forget instructed courses such as Western Horsemanship, Colt Starting, Advanced Western Horsemanship, Stable Management, Equine Marketing, Business And Human Relations, Conformation Analysis, and assisted in teaching the Equine Reproduction courses.

* Author of three well reviewed books on horsemanship: "The Complete Guide to Western Horsemanship", "Starting the Western Horse", and the newly published Kindle "How to Start the Western Horse"

* Students travel from all over the world to ride with JP: Scotland, Colombia, Sweden, Australia, South Africa, and all over the USA and Canada.

* The University of Texas at Austin recognized JP's outstanding instructing, coaching performance, program design achievements, and granted him the NISOD Excellence Award for Instructional Achievement.
