A standup comedian during his high school years, a professional clown with a five day a week television program throughout his college career, David Fly was ordained to the Episcopal priesthood in 1966. He has served in urban, rural, and campus ministries throughout the Midwest. His last position was rector of Grace Church, Kirkwood, Missouri. Since his retirement, he has been in demand as a preacher, teacher and conference leader.
