Quite Scarce, TP loose and brittle with small corner chip, small blue (colored pencil) checkmark to upper left corner, light (very) edge creasing, Spne and RC both about fine in look and condition. NOTE: though this was self-published it did have the backing of the NH Commissioner of F&G, J. H. Finley, and had a comment by him printed on the verso of the FC.
