Ted Lamb

Ted has worked on newspapers and magazines in Britain and Australia since the 1960s. His books on fishing include THE PENGUIN BOOK OF FISHING (1969), followed by novels BRASSRIBS, LOOKING FOR LUCIE and GOBBLEMOUTH (also published together as THE BRIGHTWELL TRILOGY). Ted's other books include his best seller THE FISHER'S TALE, a walk along the pilgrim route across northern Spain to Santiago de Compostela, and THE PROPHET AND THE PELICANS, based on a genuinely puzzling Bible passage. And don't miss 'MEGASTORM MIRANDA. The killer weather bomb happened before in Shakespeare's day - can it happen again? Poetry works include ONE LAST CAST - reflections on a life of fishing - and THE MISSIONS OF GULLS, recalling personal encounters with birds.
