Mauricio Goldstein

Mauricio Goldstein is a founding partner at holoflow, board member, international consultant, author, MBA professor and speaker, having received several awards in Brazil and in Europe due to the impact of his work as a global executive, and due to his studies. He is an explorer of the mysteries of the inner and outer world in his adventurous travel journeys and through spirituality.

Specialized in innovative organization models, organizational and cultural transformation, mergers and acquisitions, he has conducted transformation projects as a consultant in North and South America and in Europe. He is also the author of the book “Novas Organizações para uma Nova Economia” (New Organizations for a New Economy) (Elsevier, 2014) and co-author of the book Games at Work: How to Recognize and Reduce Office Politics (Jossey-Bass, 2009) (in Brazil, Jogos Políticos nas Empresas, Elsevier, 2009), chosen as one of the best HR books in France in 2012.

Goldstein holds a master’s degree in Production Engineering, with graduate degrees in Organizational Development (Columbia University, USA), Organizational Constellations (Infosyon, Europe), Theory U – Master Class (Presencing Institute, USA), Brennan Healing Science (Barbara Brennan School of Healing, USA), Cultural Biology (Instituto Matríztico, Chile) and Biopsychology (Instituto Visão Futuro, Brazil). Before going into consulting, Mauricio had a successful executive career at companies such as Dow Química, Sanofi and Novartis, where he held the position of “Global Head of Organizational Transformation” based in Basel, Switzerland.
