I've been sewing and crafting since I was very young, and quilting became my passion in 1990. I really just wanted to make one quilt for the bed, but I was totally addicted before that quilt was ever finished. Many quilts in every style imaginable followed, while I've collected more fabric, books, tools, machines, threads, fibers, crystals and beads than I could ever use in my lifetime. In 2008 I discovered a new addiction: Inchies! I combined a love of patchwork and design with my pack rat tendencies and finally found a way to use all the beads, baubles and bits I'd been stashing away for years. Inchie Quilts is the result, and in the book, I share all the tips and tricks to make these exquisite little 1" x 1" fabric art gems.
