I began my career in engineering and, in mid-career, shifted to sales. My book is a unique fusion of analytical problem solving learned in engineering school, people skills learned during 15 years in sales management, and practical knowledge gained over the past 12 years coaching executives and professionals in their job searches.

It provides career seekers with real-world, practical solutions based upon what has worked and not worked for my career coaching clients. You won't find this "in the trenches" perspective in other career books written by recruiters, HR people, or others who stand on the periphery of the job search experience:-)
