Dr. Joan Elizabeth Thaxter Randall, D.Litt., is an award-winning publisher, international speaker, best-selling author, and licensed Real Estate Broker who empowers leaders, entrepreneurs, and faith-driven visionaries to transform their stories into powerful tools for impact, influence, and income.

She is the President of Joan T. Randall Enterprise LLC, Founder of Victorious You Press, and Creator of Books 2 Business & Beyond® and Books, Business & Buildings®, groundbreaking frameworks that equip individuals to leverage their books into thriving businesses and legacy-driven wealth.

A dynamic leader with a global footprint, Dr. Randall is the 2025 Local Business Person of the Year, a Career Mastered Leadership in Action Honoree (2025), and a Career Mastered Top Entrepreneurial Woman to Watch (2023). She also advanced her executive training at the prestigious Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth and recently expanded her portfolio as a Licensed Real Estate Broker/Realtor in North Carolina, aligning her mission of legacy-building with real estate.

Dr. Randall has successfully guided more than 42 authors in turning their books into multiple income streams—ranging from speaking platforms to coaching programs and film productions. Her memoir, Bags in the Attic, won the Gold First Place BookFest Award (2024) and has been pitched for film adaptation.

A servant-leader at heart, Dr. Randall serves as Co-Executive and HR Director of The Boost Pad, a Charlotte-based nonprofit advancing economic mobility for underrepresented founders through a 14-week entrepreneurship cohort. She is also the founder of the Tricia Wynn Payne Scholarship Fund, supporting Title 1 schools in Charlotte and Jamaica by creating literary departments and empowering youth to use writing as a creative tool. Her ministry leadership extends globally as an ordained Elder and International Director of the Women’s Ministry at I Believe God Ministries International.

Her work has been featured on ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, and Yahoo Finance, and she is a sought-after speaker for her ability to merge publishing, business, faith, and real estate into a holistic vision of legacy-driven living.
