Ed Skoog's third book of poems, Running the Red Lights, will be published in November, 2016.

His second book Rough Day, won the Washington State Book Award in Poetry for 2014.

His first book, Mister Skylight, was published by Copper Canyon Press in 2009.

His poems have appeared in American Poetry Review, Paris Review, The New Republic, Poetry, Narrative, Ploughshares, Tin House, and elsewhere.

He lives in Portland, Oregon.
