John Cox earned his Ph.D. at UNC-Chapel Hill in 2005, and is an associate professor (genocide/Holocaust/human-rights studies) at UNC Charlotte, where he directs the Center for Holocaust, Genocide & Human Rights Studies.

He recently completed a co-edited book, "Denial: The Final Stage of Genocide?" (Sept. 2021; look it up on Routledge or Amazon.]
