Alan Rogers is a retired union healthcare worker and author of a fiction/humor novel Hereford Down. The novel is set in Tucson, Arizona where he lives with Mary, his wife of thirty-five years.
When not sampling Irish whiskies, Alan spends his free time writing. Hereford Down is his satirical look at daily life in Tucson, and quite possibly the funniest book you have never heard of.
Alan, Mary and their dog Luna enjoy hiking in the Sonoran desert.
