DeWayne McCulley

DeWayne McCulley, an engineer of 30 years in Corporate America, is now an ex-diabetic and the author of the acclaimed book, "Death to Diabetes" and several other health books and ebooks, including a diabetes cookbook, raw juicing book, and a weight loss book. In March 2002, DeWayne's life took a drastic turn when he almost died of a diabetic coma with a blood sugar level of 1337, more than 1200 points above normal!

However, with the help of his mother and his daughter, DeWayne was able to use his engineering/ biochemistry background to get off the insulin and other drugs and reverse his diabetes within 4 months. Then, because of requests from his Xerox co-workers and the American Diabetes Association's local support group, DeWayne wrote the book "Death to Diabetes".

Because of the book's success, DeWayne has set up a website with the same name as the book (www.deathtodiabetes.com), which allows him to reach more diabetics and healthcare professionals with his diabetes workshops, health coaching, train-the-trainer programs, and corporate training initiatives. DeWayne has also released the latest version of his book (Version 4.0 2012) via his website and online store. DeWayne can be found on YouTube speaking at various medical conferences about his recovery and how diabetics can reverse their diabetes.

DeWayne, an engineering graduate of Pennsylvania state University, grew up in a small town in Western Pennsylvania, where he was blessed with strong parents and great teachers, who gave him the hope and the vision to eventually help others. DeWayne's hope is that his book (and his new diabetes education program) will inspire you and others the way he was inspired - by people he would never have met if it weren't for his experience with diabetes. His interests include integrative medicine, medical science, diabetes and other disease pathologies, clinical research, nutritional science, and health education.
