Stephanie Ann Pappas (a.k.a. Stefani) is a Somatic Experiencing

(R) International Practitioner specializing in healing and resolution of trauma and PTSD.

Her new personal transformation and journal writing self-help workbook is designed for somatic self-healing & body awareness. "108 Questions for Your Body" supports readers in a self-guided journey of insight and somatic exploration.

Her first book is for yoga teachers that want to learn hands on assisting, "Yoga Posture Adjustments and Assisting" and is also available in Spanish under the title, "Las Posturas de Yoga: El Arte de Ajustar y Asistir."

Her yoga book for all levels is "Yoga at Your Wall."

Stephanie is a licensed massage therapist in NJ and PA. She leads successful online and in-person workshops based on her books.

Stephanie is the founder of the popular New Jersey based Devalila Yoga Teacher Training, registered with Yoga Alliance since 1998. Stephanie has certified over 350 yoga teachers worldwide.
