Clifford Neal

Clifford Neal is a native Texan, born in Jasper, Texas U.S.A. in 1939. The son of a railroad employee, he grew up in company housing and being moved often but always in Texas.

Educated in public schools, he attended Lamar University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Feeling a call to Christian Ministry as a teenager, married at 18 to his high school sweetheart, Donna Martindale, he struggled to gain an education, while rearing a family of three children and working both in ministry and secular fields. Moving to full-time ministry in 1978, he served churches as Pastor and Evangelist until retirement in 2005.

Having utilized his talents in writing all his adult years, he produced his first full length book in 2005 (a biography entitled "Hounded") and found the work well received, ranked as Five Star. Always an active person, he decided to change genre and published the historical novel entitled "Kindred Spirits" in 2010.

He is actively engaged in promoting the books as a speaker and guest personality across America. He is popular with Churches, Writers Guilds, Civic Clubs, Libraries, Book Markets and various other organizations. He often works with these agencies in fund raising projects.

He continues to write and is currently producing the sequel to "Kindred Spirits". He has traveled much of the world and guided tour groups in 17 countries.

A current project involves a 10 day tour of Israel beginning November 17, 2012 where he will teaching on Biblical events where they actually happened.
