Robert W. Severs

I channeled the Guidelines in 1985-86-87, during my daily meditation sessions. At the completion of my meditation out would come the guidance which I taped and then later journaled. As each guidance came forth I found they were not of my intellect but of another source. I readily realized they were from the essence of Holy Spirit which my lifetime pursuit was to have an absolute connection with His wisdom and knowledge. Even today after 20 years I am in awe of the messages found there and very few I can recite verbatim so I know they are not of my origin. Finally in early 1987 the guidance’s stopped coming and I inquired as to why and the response was, “Now go do it.”

Numerous treatises on Holy Spirit have a vast chronicle of characters, situations and references; Guidelines have but one character. . . . . . YOU! The entire thrust of the Guidelines is to bring your consciousness to the total surrender of Holy Spirit’s guidance and let go the malaise of the ego dogma on planet earth.

As a reading suggestion do not breeze through it like a novel. You best read each line with deliberate intent and pause at the end of each so the ego intellect can catch up and absorb the message therein. Also it is best to read perhaps no more than five Guidelines at a time in order to retain the information and not ‘buzz’ out. The Guidelines are set up alphabetically so there is no topical order. They can be read in sequence or picked from the contents for what is of interest or just randomly open any page to see what you are to receive.

Because of the Guidelines I more readily consult with Holy Spirit in my daily passage on any problem or situation, large or small, this allows a modicum of Joy and Peace in my life. With this new awareness I hope you can do the same. RWS
