Bette Dowdell

I focus on two things:

1. Revealing a well-researched, nutritional, do-it-yourself approach to helping your body overcome pretty much any illness. It's the approach that fixed my health.

A month before my first birthday, a drunk driver smashed into my parents' car, giving me a concussion, which my damaged endocrine system for life. After years of my health spiraling downhill-while doctors insisted I was fine-I crashed and burned. And I realized it was up to me.

I got my "Oh, yeah!" attitude in place and researched my way out. It took years, but I made it, and now I help others.

2. But life is more than health, so with two take-the-hill-preachers (aka parents) leading the way, I also write about faith. And the news is good!

My faith kept me going through some dark days of my health battles--and every day since.

Read about my amazing parents in "On We March: A Memoir of Growing Up in The Salvation Army" (You're going to love my dad), and about the foundation they gave me in "How to Be a Christian Without Being Annoying."
