Rupert Pratt

Rupert Pratt grew up on a small farm in Salt Rock, West Virginia. After four years in the Air Force, he earned two degrees from Marshall College, then taught school in West Virginia and Upstate New York. In 2013, he lost his beloved wife, Millie, but now cherishes time with his two sons, their spouses, and grandchildren.
