Darrell James

Darrell James is a multi-nominated, award winning author of the Del Shannon series of mystery/thrillers, to include NAZARETH CHILD, winner of the 2012 Left Coast Crime Eureka Award for Best First Novel, SONORA CROSSING AND PURGATORY KEY, each nominated for the Anthony, Macavity, and Shamus awards. In addition, his more than thirty short stories have appeared in numerous mystery magazines and book anthologies, to include two collections by the author, BODY COUNT and OLD WOUNDS AND NEW. His story EVEN A BLIND MAN is featured in the anthology VENGEANCE, edited by Lee Child, and includes stories by Lee Child, Michael Connelly, Dennis LeHane, Alafair Burke, Karin Slaughter and other best selling authors.

Darrell is a recent transplant to Ashland, OR, where he operates Nightingales Inn Bed and Breakfast with his partner and fiance', Pam Dehnke.
