Josh is the Founder and CEO of FiduciaryWor(k)s and FeeMetri(k)s.

At FiduciaryWor(k)s, Josh focuses on developing insights, research, technology and consulting to assist plan sponsors and retirement plan advisors in the areas of fiduciary responsibility and workplace retirement. FeeMetri(k)s is a modern analytics platform for analyzing and negotiating retirement fees.

Previously, he was a Co-Founder, Partner & Chief Strategy Officer of Greenspring Advisors, one of the country's most well-known retirement plan advisory firms and the 2018 PLANSPONSOR Retirement Plan Adviser of the Year (Small Team).

He founded and led the corporate retirement practice at Greenspring, growing it to nearly $4.5 billion in assets and representing nearly 50,000 participants before leaving to launch FiduciaryWor(k)s in 2021.

He is the host of the popular Fiduciary U™ Podcast and an Amazon Best Selling author of two books - The Fiduciary Formula: 6 Essential Elements to Create the Perfect Corporate Retirement Plan and Fixing the 401(k): What Fiduciaries Must Know (And Do) To Help Employees Retire Successfully.
