In 2025, I revised and expanded 212° the extra degree. The newest edition keeps the best of the original and adds exclusive fresh insights, ideas, and action steps built from more than 20 years of additional experience after writing the first edition.

On the 212th day of 2026, I released Lead Kindly. It's harder than it sounds. It's a disciplined approach to the bulk of a leader's work. Act as you want your team to act. Talk with them often. Help them grow. Change people when needed.

Tolerance for one or a few people at the expense of many others poisons cultures and daily moments that could otherwise be good. That's why making needed people changes is kind.
