Warren Robert Hull

Warren R. Hull is an award-winning author, screenwriter, educator, and documentary filmmaker whose work explores history, public service, and overlooked stories. Born in Tacoma, Washington, he earned degrees from Victor Valley College, California State University, Fullerton, and Adams State College, completed graduate studies in Public Policy and Administration with an emphasis in Homeland Security, and holds a screenwriting certificate from UCLA.

Warren has taught at the high school and collegiate levels and served the Clark County School District in school safety, emergency preparedness, and law enforcement operations. With his wife, Annette, he founded AnnWar Productions and the Las Vegas International Film and Screenwriting Festival. His work includes The Unseen Battle: My Journey Through the World of CTE with Mike Webster, co-authored with Dr. James Vodvarka. His next book, Buried by Power, co-written with Annette, is scheduled for fall 2026.
