David Weigelt

David Weigelt is a Principal Chair with C12 Business Forums, where he leads peer advisory boards of Christian CEOs and business owners in Maryland. He advises owners on the decisions that define a company: strategy, culture, succession, and ownership.

Before C12, David co-founded Immersion Active, a digital marketing agency focused on the 50-plus market, and led it for 18 years. Under his leadership the firm was responsible for more than 1.5 billion dollars in online transactions. It was acquired by Home Instead Senior Care in 2016, where David went on to build and lead the innovation team.

He is the author of Beyond the Multiple: Five Dimensions of an Exit You Won't Regret and co-author of Dot Boom: Marketing to Baby Boomers Through Meaningful Online Engagement. He hosts the Leaders On Tap podcast, has spoken to business audiences internationally, and serves on corporate advisory and nonprofit boards.

A husband, father, and grandfather, David lives in Frederick, Maryland.
