Jesse Rice is an author, musician, and counselor with a passion for helping people live well in a hyperconnected world. He lives in Bellevue, Washington, and is married to Katie, who is also a musician (www.katierice.com). Jesse enjoys reading, writing, spending time with family and friends, walking, hiking, and running. He has a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University.
