K. P. Vorenberg is an inveterate history buff, eagerly seeking the next historical tidbit to research. Her never-ending thirst for historical details enables her to render rich characterizations in the setting she loves and knows best -- the Land of Enchantment. A former corporate human resource director, event planner, and fund-raising campaign director for a major charitable organization, Vorenberg has designed and written training seminars, fund-raising materials, and newsletters for over thirty years.

Kathy and her husband, Jim, live in sunny Las Cruces, New Mexico. TIERRA RED is her first novel.
