My research into the heath arena began shortly after my father had a massive heart attack at the age of 42, but recovered. I was a teenager and naturally in shock. Ever since then, I have voraciously devoured any good information in the alternative medicine field. What motivated me aside from the obvious was that his first meal in recovery was a cheeseburger. Research led me to heal myself of a few maladies over the years without medical intervention or drugs, in particular psoriasis which I had quite badly for a period of time. Research over many years provided me with remedy from this unnecessary condition. This in turn led me to become an ‘RNC’, which means Registered Nutritional Consultant. An RNC provides nutritional counseling advice to clients, assisting them to correct imbalances and deficiencies in their systems.

After having had success with my own psoriasis, it became important for me to share, which turned into my book offering in 2003 and a revised edition in 2008. I may yet do another revision.

I am grateful to have been of assistance to people all over the world, having sold over 10,000 copies. I especially recall my gratitude in being able to assist a South African woman who at 30, and covered with psoriasis, was contemplating suicide since in her society to be single at her age was unacceptable at that time. She cured herself - it wasn’t me - but she had the information on hand to do so.

While I will shortly be 70 but acting more like 50, I plan on doing more writing and in particular I am compiling a book with a working title of ‘Energy – where it comes from, how to get it back, how to keep it’. Hopefully it will be a welcome addition to the current body of knowledge in anti-aging strategies as well as an explanation as to why our bodies sometimes tend to go south on us for reasons that are not known to the individual nor provided through conventional medicine.
