Ronald Williamson

For more than thirty years Ron Williamson has worked with individual schools and districts to improve the educational experience of students. Focused on expanding and strengthening leadership capacity, he facilitates the work of school-based teams as they examine their current program, plan modifications, and implement improvements. Ron specializes in restructuring middle and high school programs, evaluating middle and high school programs, improving instructional leadership, and resolving complex scheduling issues. He worked as a leadership coach in Oregon GEAR UP schools and on school reform projects in New York City, Los Angeles, Louisville, Chicago and Houston. Ron is currently a professor of the Educational Leadership at Eastern Michigan University where he works with Masters and doctoral students.
