Phillip E. Hammonds

Phil Hammonds was born in Tucson, Arizona in 1959. He currently divides his time between Augusta, Georgia and Sierra Vista, Arizona where he works as Network Architect/engineer. He received a PhD in Applied Linguistics (Second Language Acquisition and Teaching) from the University of Arizona; A Masters of Engineering from The Fulton School of Engineering, Arizona State University; a MA in Russian and Slavic Languages from the University of Arizona; and a BS from the University of the State of NY. His interests include linguistics, complex systems, mathematics and literature.
