Kris Kiler

Kris Kiler is the Founder and President of Core Factors, the people-development platform behind the Portable People SkillsŪ series. He built Core Factors on a conviction that most friction at work begins when people assume everyone thinks the way they do, and that learning to recognize different patterns of thinking changes how people lead, collaborate, and perform. He has spent more than thirty years in the training and development industry, beginning at Temperament Research Institute in 1995, where he directed operations and publishing. Before founding Core Factors, he built an online assessment platform and a family of brands at Unite Media Group, including Telos Publications, Interstrength Associates, and 16types, one of the original online resources for psychological type. He is a certified Job and Career Transition Coach and the co-author of The 16 Personality Types: Profiles for Self-Discovery.
